Therefore we specifically disclaim any responsibility for the content of any items posted on the Topspot community. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any article, and are not responsible for the contents of any article posted by Topspot users. The articles on Topspot express the views of the author of the article and not necessarily the views of Topspot.com.au, the Administrators or any other entity associated with this community website.

Be aware that we WILL reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a court order being issued or a Police request being received in relation to any article posted by you. Failing to comply with a Court Order or refusing to assist Police can carry penalties which may extend to imprisonment.
